  • Cancelling the tour between 90 to 80 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
  • Cancelling 80-70 days before commencing of the tour: 50% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
  • Cancelling 70-60 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
  • Cancelling 60 days or lesser before the tour date: No refund for the tour.
  • Pack Light : Please dont carry many clothes and try and repeat them as they dont always get dirty or sweaty hence pack light.
  • Environment-Friendly Hotels : Meraki pledges to stav in environment friendly and local hotels.
  • Be smart with Energy and Water : When not in room s, please switch off heaters, lights and other electronics items. Also, while taking a shower, be careful of watr wastage.
  • Make use of "Do Not Distrub" sign: Do you rellay need fresh bedding and towels every single day? Probably not. Counting on a pro-environmental appeal doesn't reduce overall room cleaning.
  • Walks to Remember: We try and walk as much as possible, as this directly helps in reducing the emoissions unless someone really cannot walk.
  • Eat with Locals: Meraki supports this with a whole heart. We encourage all our travelers to eat local food as it helps promote local cuisine and keep the local heritage intact.
