The Meraki Policy

We expect transparency and follow a professional approach for all our tours. We are not liable for,

Loss of luggage, passport or any personal belongings during the trip.
Health issues declared or undeclared prior to trip.
Please ensure you provide all your booking details prior to the trip. Failure to do so may lead to your discrepancies in your booking confirmation, which in turn may lead to a loss of booking for the trip.

Payment Policy

After making payment if your mind changes within 48 hrs we will be happy to refund the payment but it has be in 30 days prior to trip commencement.
INR 2000 will be deducted towards the administrative charges.
Cancelling the tour between 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
Cancelling 19-10 days before commencing of the tour: 50% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
Cancelling 9-7 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
Cancelling 6 days or lesser before the tour date: No refund for the tour.

Cancelling the tour 50 to 40 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
Cancelling 40-30 days before commencing of the tour: 50% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
Cancelling 30-20 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
Cancelling 20 days or lesser before the tour date: No refund for the tour.

For any flight tickets booked additionally with the trip being cancelled, the cancellation policy of the airline will apply.
If for any unforeseen reason, the trip gets cancelled by Meraki Diaries (A product of ATHRS) , a complete refund would be processed.
Refunds (when due) are paid directly into a bank account by Meraki Diaries (A product of ATHRS) and takes 30 days to process.
In case of cancellation, in addition to the trip cancellation policy stated above, losses incurred on cancelling the visa fee, insurance, and flights will be charged on actuals, over and above the standard cancellation rate even if these are part of inclusion in the package.
In case we are forced to reschedule the trip due to natural calamities, acts of god, civil unrest, war and other events beyond our control, this is NOT treated as a cancellation by Meraki Diaries.

Obtain COVID (RT PCR) negative certificate 48 hours prior to date of departure.
During the trip, in case you fall sick, you must isolate yourself immediately and arrange for returning home at the very first opportunity . All this will be at your own expense.
If you test positive just before the trip , we will be in a position to cancel your seat for the trip. Cancellation charges as applicable.
Please carry your own masks and hand sanitizers during the trip. Also please maintain social distance and necessary protocols with co-travelers.
The latest and applicable COVID 19 protocol and regulations will be informed to you by us prior to the travel dates.
